* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Two of the MAC's best running backs will meet for the second time this season as Fort Recovery faces Marion Local in the Division VII regional semifinals. Flyer Jacy Goettemoeller, 13, and Indian Cole Hull, 6, combined for more than 400 yards and five rushing touchdowns in Marion's 48-19 win over Fort Recovery on Oct. 17 at Barrenbrugge Park.
