Snow clings to some crabapples this morning in Celina after the area received nearly four inches of snow overnight. Almost all area schools were canceled today due to slick road conditions. Today and tonight will be breezy with flurries, with today's high expected to reach 28 degrees, said local weatherman Dennis Howick. Tuesday's high is expected to reach 18 degrees.
