Donald Roth
Donald Roth, 87, Coldwater, died Dec. 10, 2014, at Wapakoneta Manor.
He was born April 8, 1927, in Coldwater, to Joseph and Eleanora Fox Roth. On Feb. 6, 1960, he married Phyllis A. Heigel, who died Nov. 2, 2013.
Surviving are two daughters, Marilou (Terry) Slone, Coldwater, and Beth (Greg) Gerber, Richfield; five grandchildren, Olivia, David, Anna, Margaret and Samuel; two brothers, Lavern Roth and Robert Roth; and a sister-in-law, Pat Roth.
Also deceased are two brothers, Harold and Wilfred.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and the Coldwater Knights of Columbus. He was a 1945 graduate of Coldwater High School and an avid gardener, reader and Browns fan. He was retired from the former New Idea plant in Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Dec. 27 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
No calling hours are scheduled.
