Marshalls project under way

Workers lay block for the walls of the new Marshalls store in Harbor Square in Celina on Monday morning. The business, adjacent to the Bob Evans restaurant, is expected to open late in the second quarter of 2015, Bo Gunlock, president of developer RG Properties, said.
