At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Kevin Bittinger
Senior Airman Kevin A. Bittinger, 24, of Wapakoneta, died Mon. May 4, 2015, in South Korea, while stationed there with the U.S. Air Force.
He was born Sept. 24, 1990, in St. Marys, OH, the son of Thomas D. & Cindy R. (Jaeger) Bittinger, who survive in Wapakoneta.
Other survivors include, a brother, Michael (Stacia) Jaeger, Wapakoneta, 2 nieces, Nora & Charlie, grandparents, Diana (Otto) Jaeger, Celina, Margaret (Karl) Hughes, Cleveland, OH, Judy Bittinger, Plain City, OH, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by 2 infant half brothers, Thomas & Steven Bittinger, and his grandfather, Jack Bittinger.
A 2009 graduate of Wapakoneta High School, Kevin was a member of the Harvest Baptist Church, Wapakoneta. He joined the U.S. Air Force shortly after graduation from high school, and served in the honor guard. While in school, he participated in track and cross country. His hobbies included going to movies, watching Nascar with his dad, playing Xbox with his brother, biking, and playing cards with his grandparents.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Wed. May 13, 2015, at Harvest Baptist Church, 1301 Navajo Trail, Wapakoneta, with Pastor Tony Dirr officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
The family will receive friends 3-8 p.m., Tues., and 1 hr. prior to the service, Wed. at Harvest Baptist Church.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wounded Warriors Project.
