At 631 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fort Recovery, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Newport, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery, New Knoxville, Moulton, Wabash, Osgood, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, North Star, Montezuma, New Weston, Yorkshire, and Tama.

Hole closes highway

An Allied Waste Services garbage truck on Wednesday afternoon gets stuck in a culvert in the westbound lane of state Route 274 at the intersection of Stelzer Road, east of U.S. 127. The truck reportedly was backing up when its front tire became lodged in a hole in the roadway. No injuries were reported. The area will remain closed to traffic until May 22 for a culvert replacement. The official detour is U.S. 127 south to state Route 119 east to state Route 716 north.
