* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Workers on Saturday tend to one of two accident victims in a vehicle along U.S. 127, south of state Route 219, at 8:13 a.m. Drivers Mary Demange, 48, Greenville, and Richard Allen, 21, Lima, were taken by squad to Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. Demange's vehicle traveled off the east side of the roadway and rolled over in a field after being struck in the rear by Allen's vehicle. Both vehicles were northbound on U.S. 127. Allen was cited for failure to maintain an assured, clear distance ahead, according to the Mercer County Sheriff's Office report.
