IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Gusty winds may arrive well ahead of any rain. Locations impacted include... Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Russells Point, Botkins, Lakeview, New Knoxville, Chippewa Park, Moulton, Chickasaw, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Montezuma, Fryburg, and Montra. CELINA - City officials have come to an agreement with lakeside businesses owners wanting to use boat cleats to attract customers.
The cleats allow boaters to secure their vessels along the West Bank walkway.
Bella's Italian Grille and Big Bamboo's Dockside Grille, both on West Bank Road, were permitted to reinsert boat cleats into a wooden panel alongside the walkway after signing documents absolving the city of liability, according to city law director George Moore. [More]
CELINA - A 33-year-old woman died late Sunday night from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to Celina Assistant Police Chief Cal Freeman.
