* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Chippewa Park, Huntsville, Valley Hi, Mcmorran, Lewistown, Logansville, Bloom Center, Springhills and Lippincott.

Betty Muter
Betty Lou Muter, 86, St. Marys, OH died at 6:32 a.m. Sunday, June 28, 2015 at her residence.
She was born July 7, 1928 in St. Marys, OH, the daughter of Oscar C. Cramer and Helen A. (Taylor) Cramer.
She is survived by: Son, Rafe Chilcoat of St. Marys, OH; Son, Randy Chilcoat of St. Marys, OH; Son, David (Susie) Muter of Grover, NC; Daughter, Tina Garman of Celina, OH; Son, Jeffrey Muter of Mendon, OH; Son, Hop (Penny) Muter of Celina, OH; Son, Rickey Muter of Celina, OH; Daughter, Sheila Heniser of Phoenix AZ; 30 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; Brother, Carl (Barb) Cramer of Wapakoneta, OH; Sister, Joyce Bell of Mendon, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rafe Chilcoat, Sr.; husband, Verl Muter; 2 year old son, James Dale Chilcoat; grandson, Karson Muter; brothers: Frank Cramer, Thomas Cramer, Jack Cramer, Dennis Cramer, Robert Cramer, Donald Cramer, Oscar Cramer, Jr.; sisters, Patricia (Hugh) Thomas and Norma Jean Cramer.
She was a homemaker and was a child care provider. Her favorite pastime was solving crossword puzzles. She held a strong belief in God.
Rites are scheduled to begin 3:00 p.m. Thursday July 2, 2015 at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High Street Chapel) in St. Marys. Burial will follow at Calvary Evangelical Cemetery, in rural Mendon, OH.
Visitation 1:00-3:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home on High Street.
