* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Legislature repeals reimbursement law, effective next week
CELINA - County officials on Tuesday rejected a claim for reimbursement by a local farmer whose poultry were killed Sept. 12 by a roaming dog.
The claim was filed by Andrew Heindel, 5612 U.S. 33, Mendon who sought $766 from the county for the loss of 62 birds including 10 turkeys.
ST. MARYS - An alley will remain public property after a homeowner at Tuesday's planning commission meeting withdrew his request to vacate a section of the roadway.
