* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Betty Black
Betty J. Black age 86, of Coldwater, died Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Colonial Nursing Home, Rockford.
She was born April 11, 1929, in Coldwater, to the late William & Florence (Houser) Black.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Nancy Black, and siblings Andy, Clarence, Fredrick, Jesse, George, Max, Katie Yaney, Charles, Lilly Marie, Anna May, James, and Richard.
She worked at the former Stokley Pickle Plant and retired from the former Buckeye Apparel.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Swamp College Cemetery, in Celina, Ohio.
