* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Mary Hans
Mary R. Hans, 92, a resident at Auglaize Acres Nursing Home in Wapakoneta, and formerly of Saint Marys, died 9:26 A.M. Monday, October 5, 2015, at Auglaize Acres.
She was born July 11, 1923, in Judsonia, Arkansas, the daughter of Benjamin and Margaret (Mooney) Cathcart. She married Louis Hans and he preceded her in death in 1996.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Oleyar of Botkins; by six grandchildren: Jason Oleyar; Chad Oleyar; Susan Coutee; Lisa Hans; Nathan Hans; and David Hans. She is survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and by a son, Ricky Hans.
She was a graduate of Judsonia High School. She retired from Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, where she had worked in the laundry department. She enjoyed walking and fishing and loved to play the organ. She was a former Miss Arkansas and was third runner up in the Miss USA Pageant.
She was Roman Catholic, by faith.
Funeral rites will be held 3:00 P.M. Friday, October 9, 2015, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home. Private family burial rites will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery in Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the funeral rites on Friday at the funeral home.
