Prices at the pump this week are bringing smiles to motorists who haven't filled their tanks so cheaply since 2009.
Britney Smith, 22, on Thursday filled her KIA Rio at the Eastown Shell station. The price on the billboard behind her showed regular gasoline at $1.79 per gallon.
