At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Frederick Topp
Frederick J. Topp, age 93, formerly of Chickasaw, OH., died on Friday, January 1, 2016 at 3:30 A.M. at the Gardens of St. Henry.
He was born on October 24, 1922 East of New Bremen. He was the son of John F. and Clara (Wiehe) Topp. On September 5, 1942 he married Hilda M. Lefeld who died on July 16, 2010.
Survivors include his children; Dinah (Ron) Reigelsberger of Huber Heights, Joseph (Marylou) Topp of North Star, Kathy (Glen) Blair of Huber Heights, Susan (John) Grant of Fairborn, Martin (Thelma) Topp and Larry (Nancy) Topp, both of New Bremen, 27 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. Also surviving are his sisters Erline (Charles) Garman of New Bremen and Louise Barga of St. Marys.
Preceding him in death was his granddaughter Lynn Topp, son in law David Reigelsberger, his brothers Louis and Carl Topp and his sisters Irma Shroyer and Wilhelmina Settlage.
Mr. Topp was a member of the Precious Blood Catholic Church in Chickasaw where he sang in the choir for a number of years. He performed with the Topp Orchestra, playing guitar and singing. He raised and trained champion field trial beagles and was a member of the Grand Lake Beagle Club. He retired from Minster Machine Co. in 1986 and was a member of the 25 year club. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII.
  A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at the Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw, OH. with Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Interment will follow in the Precious Blood Cemetery, Chickasaw.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, and one hour prior to the services on Tuesday at the church.
