* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Lucille Berning
Lucille C. Berning age 89 of Minster, Ohio died at 7:40 AM on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Heritage Manor Nursing Center.
She was born on September 5, 1926 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Joseph & Ursula (Meyer) Schlater. She married Raymond B. Berning on June 5, 1946; he preceded her in death on March 1, 1982.
She is survived by children: Larry "Fuzzy" & Janet Berning, Minster, Linda & Ed Cordonnier, Celina, Tom & Peg Berning, McCartyville, grandchildren Chad & Gail, Ross, Casey & Stephanie, Bryon & Araceli, Jay & Shelly, Adam & Caroline, Cassie & Luke, and Ryan, 11 great grandchildren; a brother Joe Schlater and a sister-in-law Ann Schlater Diedrich.
She was preceded in death by brothers & sisters: Bill Schlater, Mary Bachman, Ben & Velma Schlater & Dave Schlater.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, the C L of C and the Minster American Legion Auxiliary. She loved bowling and was avid at crocheting.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Monday, February 11, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, OH from 6 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 and from 9 to 9:30 AM on Thursday, February 11, 2016.
