* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Richard Schwartz
Richard L. Schwartz, 68, of rural St. Marys, died at 7:27 AM on Friday, February 5, 2016 in the emergency dept. of Joint Twp. District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys following a sudden illness.
He was born at his family residence in rural St. Marys on July 11, 1947, a son of Lester and Melba Rohrbach Schwartz, who are deceased. He was formerly married to Mary Alice Fannon Schwartz, who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are three children; Brian (Beth) Schwartz of Davo City, Philippines; Marty (Shannon) Schwartz of St. Marys and MaryLou (Steve) Macklin of Spencerville; eight grandchildren; Jacob Schwartz of Defiance; Rebecca Schwartz of Davo City; Griffin, Gavin and Tatum Schwartz of St. Marys and Matthew, Eric and Alyssa Macklin of Spencerville; his brother, Gary (Ruth) Schwartz of Kossuth and his friend; Phyllis Dabe of St. Marys.
Dick was a 1965 graduate of the Spencerville High School and was presently employed as a courier for the Joint Twp. District Memorial Hospital for the past 15 years. He enjoyed watching horse races and being with people and was a member of Wapakoneta Eagles Aerie 691.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Thursday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with Pastor Aaron Kimmel officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Friends may call from 2 until 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
