* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

William Albright
William "Bill" Edward Albright, age 88 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 11:10 p.m. on Wednesday April 13, 2016 at the Laurels of Shane Hill Nursing Home, with his family by his side.
He was born on Sept. 9, 1927 in Convoy, Ohio to the late Eli & Minnie (Upp) Albright. On Aug. 7, 1969 he married Janice Elaine Green, who survives.
Also surviving are his children Kandis Hasenjager of Celina, Samuel & Devona Albright of Rockford, step children Cynthia & Bill Lovejoy of Montpelier, Jeffrey & Sharon Link of Celina and Christopher & Tina Link of Montpelier, 15 grandchildren Barry Albright, Heather Wessel, Mike Wessel, Matt Meyer, Dustin Meyer, Neal Link, Amy Kittle, Laura Schwartz, Eric Link, Jay Link, Connor Link, Paige Albright, Kami Albright, Zack Albright and Lori Albright and 9 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son Randall Albright, three brothers Bob, Harvey and Dale Albright and his sister Donna Harner.
Bill graduated from Mendon High School with the Class of 1946. He was a live-stock dealer, worked for Goodyear in St. Marys, The Daily Standard, Shell Gas Station and was a self employed painter. Bill was also an owner, driver and trainer of harness horses for over 44 years.
He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, the Mercer County Horsemen's Association and the United States Trotting Association.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday April 18, 2016 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth G. Alt C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday April 17, 2016 and an hour before services on Monday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
