* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Charles Swartz
Charles E. "Charlie" Swartz, 80, Saint Marys, Ohio, died at 9:05 P.M. Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born October 9, 1925, in Saint Marys, the son of Sam and Cynthia (Davis) Swartz.
He married Sue Ellen McIntire on May 10, 1968, and she survives at the residence.
He is survived by his four children: Joe (Nancy) Ritter of New Bremen; Judy (John) Ahlers of Gainesville, Georgia; David (Melanie) Ritter of Bradenton, Florida; Timothy (Marlene) Ritter of Goodyear, Arizona. He is survived by his grandchildren: Jennifer Meiring; Jamie Ritter; Joe Ritter; Brooke Anne Ahlers; Ryan Ritter; Cory Ritter; Jeremy Ritter; Travis Ritter. He is survived by ten great-grandchildren, and by a sister, Melody Thrush of St. Johns, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by his siblings, Fred Swartz and Sam Swartz.
Charlie was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Eagles' Lodge 767 in Saint Marys, and had formerly worked at the Saint Marys Foundry, and Goodyear Saint Marys.
He was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church in Saint Marys; American Legion Post 323; VFW Post 9289; Sidney Elks Club and the Celina Moose. He enjoyed fishing, trap shooting and watching horse races.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 22, 2016, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, the Reverend Dennis Gaertner, officiant. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to Lima Memorial Hospital ICU. Condolences may be sent to Charlie's family via Millerfuneralhomes.net.
