* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Helen Hurless
Helen Iona Hurless, 94, of Rockford died at 5:25 a.m. on Saturday, June 25, 2016, at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford, Ohio.
She was born on October 18, 1921 in Mercer County, Ohio, the daughter of John Asa Logan and Martha Luella (Raver) Book. On June 22, 1940, she married John Rutledge, and he preceded in death on November 10, 1992. She then married William E. Hurless, Sr. on September 12, 1997, and he survives in Rockford.
Helen was a graduate of Rockford High School, a homemaker, and lived in Mercer County the majority of her life. She was a member of New Horizons Community Church, Rockford, a member of the Gideons, and was very active in the church's denominational missions and was on the mission board for a number of years.
Helen had worked at the Rockford Hardware in Rockford for a while, the Ford dealership in Convoy, Ohio, and also at the Van Wert Gospel Bookstore in Van Wert, Ohio.
Surviving in addition to her husband Bill are one son, Rev. Mark (Kathy) Rutledge of Rockford, one daughter Sherrill (Richard) Gibbs of Babson Park, Florida, a sister, Pauline Sell of Rockford, and a stepdaughter, Connie (John) Crowe. Surviving are seven grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren, and 3 step great grandchildren. A daughter-in-law, Linda Rutledge survives in Stryker, Ohio, along with a sister-in-law, Gerrie Akom.
Deceased is her son, Tim Rutledge, four brothers: John, Russell, Bill, and Rea Book, and two sisters, Mae Thomas and Olive Leighner. One stepson, William E. Hurless, Jr. preceded in death as well.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, Ohio, with Pastor Dave Souers officiating.
Friends may call from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
