* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Ronald Borgert
Ronald Ferd Borgert age 72 of Celina, passed away at 9:45 am on June 30, 2016 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born on October 28, 1943 in Celina to Mary (Homan) and Sylvester Borgert.
Both parents preceded him in death as well as his niece, Kimberly McClurg Snow; a great niece, Sarah Grace Pohlmann; and a brother-in-law Jerome T. Ruzicka.
He is survived by three sisters: Connie (Walter) Pohlmann of Maria Stein, Marilyn (Thomas) McClurg of Tipp City, and Darlene Ruzicka of Beavercreek; a niece Diane (Robert) Bilo; and three nephews: Keith (Renee) Pohlmann, Jeff (Lisa) Pohlmann, and Kevin (Nici) McClurg; a nephew-in-law John Snow; three great nieces and eleven great nephews.
He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Montezuma his entire life. He worked as an auto mechanic at Advance Auto Company in New Bremen and Crown Equipment for 27 years. Ron farmed his entire life and also served in the Ohio National Guard for 6 years.
His hobbies included collecting tractors, NASCAR racing, hunting trips, trap shooting, riding horses and listening to country music. And he also enjoyed watching his great nieces and nephews participate in sports.
Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 am Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Montezuma. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 7 pm on Monday and 9 to 10 am Tuesday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the Mercer County Council on Aging.
