* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Frances Webb
Frances L. Webb, age 81 of Waynesfield, died at 11:11 p.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Lima Memorial Health Care Systems.
She was born August 1, 1934 in Belle Center, Ohio; to the late Carl G. and Lenore Wall Shape. On June 30, 1977 she married James E. Webb, Sr. who died February 6, 2004.
Mrs. Webb retired in 1978 from Lima Lincoln Mercury. She enjoyed nature and bird watching.
She is survived by a son - Michael (Judy) Tanneheill of New Mexico; a daughter - Carolyn "Carol" (Vern) Schroyer of Celina; a step son - Jim (Diane) Webb of Delphos; a step daughter - Jean Ann (Donny) Frye of North Carolina; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; a daughter-in-law - Judy Tanneheill of Florida; 2 siblings.
She was preceded in death by a son - Rod Tanneheill and 7 siblings.
Private graveside services were held in Willow Branch Cemetery, Waynesfield.
