* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ronald Bruggeman
Ronald (Ron) F. Bruggeman, age 53, passed away June 28, 2016, at his home in Hilo, Hawaii.
He was born Sept. 4, 1962. He graduated from Greenville High School in 1980. He served in the United States Air Force for six years then worked as a government contractor for Lockheed Martin and Dyncorp maintaining aircraft for more than 25 years.
He is survived by his wife, Marija, of Hawaii; parents Pat and Jerry Bruggeman of Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville, Ohio; sisters Kathy Kiser, of Greenville, and Vicki (Dan) Longfellow, of New Madison, Ohio; brother John (Tommie) Bruggeman, Celina, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held in Greenville July 16 at 11 a.m. in New Chapel at Shuff Christian Center in the Brethren Retirement Community with Pastor Sylvia McKibben officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
