James Miracle
James "Gov" C. Miracle, 79, of Celina, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at 4:00 am in Celina Manor.
He was born December 26, 1936 in Miracle, KY, to Luther and Mary Ellen (Boatright) Miracle, both preceded him in death. On December 10, 1955 he married Geraldine E. Heindel, they were together for 60 years; she preceded him in death on March 9, 2016.
Other survivors include three daughters, Malinda "Sue" (Terry) Teboe, Willshire, Ohio, Cindy Anderson, St. Marys, and Denise (Pat) Brophy, Celina; a son, Curtis James (Ashley) Thees, Celina; two brothers, Harold (Patty) Miracle, Celina, and Loran (Mary Jo) Wilson, Celina; two sisters, Francine Wuebker, Vandalia, OH, and Betty Jo Johnson, Lynchburg, OH; a brother-in-law, Keith (Crista) Heindel, Celina; a sister-in-law, Doris Heindel, Rockford, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, John (Chris) Ellis, Jim Bradshaw, Shonda (David) Gray, Ryan Brophy, Craig, Kyle, Samantha, Ashley Anderson, Brendan Thees and Chloe Thees.
He is also preceded in death by a son, James L. Miracle; a brother-in-law, Wayne Heindel; and a grandson, Benji Bradshaw.
Jim worked as a truck driver for many years. He was a member of Celina Baptist Temple Church. He enjoyed spending time outside mowing and watching and feeding birds.
Private funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Cliff Rice, officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, Ohio.
Contributions can be made to Celina Baptist Temple Church, Reformers Unanimous Addictions Program.
