* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Ronnie Thomas
Ronnie Lee Thomas, 74 of Arlington passed away on August 15, 2016.
He was born on August 27, 1941 in Mendon, Ohio to the late Raymond and Freda (Dilbone) Thomas.
Ronnie is survived by four children; Nick (Kris) Thomas of Findlay, Collin (Kerri) Thomas of Van Wert, Rick Thomas of Wren and Rhonda (Kirk) Slough of Arlington, grandson Eric Duvall and numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother Jim "Alan" Thomas of Convoy and a sister, Pam Vanette of Delphos.
Ronnie was preceded in death by four brothers; Max, Jerry, Billy and Gene Thomas.
He was a carpenter and enjoyed building furniture. Ronnie also enjoyed driving around and eating at the Pilgrim Restaurant. He loved sports, including all Cleveland sports teams, however, he especially loved attending his grandson, Eric's sporting events. He also made many friends while living at the Good Samaritan Manor in Arlington.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Walton, the staff at Birchaven and Bridge Hospice for their care and support.
All services for Mr. Thomas will be private.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Arlington Good Samaritan Manor.
