* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Joan Moore
Joan B. Moore, 96, died on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Center.
She was born on July 16, 1920 in Atlanta, Ga, to Charles and Dora (nee Hall) Boatenreiter. On June 30, 1945, Joan married Alexander M. Moore, who preceded her in death on April 16, 1997.
She leaves behind four children: Sister Mary Catherine, Carmelite, (nee Ellen Moore) of Clinton Township, Michigan; Alexander M. Moore, Jr., of New Knoxville; Barbara J. Moore of New Knoxville; and Elizabeth (Moore) Dean of Montgomery, Alabama. Also surviving are two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Joan graduated from Girls' High School, Atlanta, in 1938. She attended classes at various institutions of higher learning throughout her life. She was a career homemaker.
Joan enjoyed art, travel, friends, bridge, and coffee. She and her husband adored one another, and they had a wonderful marriage.
No public service will be held.
