COLDWATER - Village officials are taking the first steps to purchase more than 30 acres of land adjacent to the village's southern edge.

CELINA - City council members on Monday night moved to set aside $1.1 million to pay for ozone treatment upgrades at the city's water plant and related engineering and design work.
