* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Herbert Sanning
Herbert L. Sanning, age 60, a former resident of Mercer County, passed away Monday, August 15, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, TN. He had been a resident of Walland, TN since 2002.
He was born August 22, 1955 in Coldwater. His Father, Robert G. Sanning, Mother, Sarah F. Bailey Sanning and Step-Mother, Barb Sanning, are all deceased.
His Spouse, Mary Esmonde, survives in Walland. Also surviving are his Children: Ryan Sanning of Celina and Danielle Sanning Larson of St. Henry, two Grandsons, a Granddaughter, four Step-Grandsons and two Step-Granddaughters, a Sister, Deb Martinez of Homestead, FL and a Half-Sister, Ann Combs of Celina.
Herb was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents: Albert & Louise Reigelsperger Sanning, Maternal Grandparents: Buck & Canzala Whitaker Bailey, and a Half-Brother, Larry Houts.
A graduate of St. Henry High School, Herb later attended MMI - The Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, in Orlando, FL. Herb was also a Veteran, having served in the States.
He had worked at Huffy's in Celina, then obtained his CDL, spending more than 20 years as an over-the-road truck driver, for John Cheeseman Trucking in Fort Recovery and most recently, Sterling Express of Valparaiso, IN.
He was a member of the OOIDA - The Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association. Herb had a passion for motorcycles, trucking, and old cars. He enjoyed camping with his family.
Visitation will be held at the New Start Church of God, 7729 U.S. Route 127, north of Celina, from 1:00-2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 27, followed by a Memorial Service starting at 2:00-2:30 P.M. Pastor John Mobley will officiate.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Herb's family, to help defray medical and funeral expenses.
