Man caught in Fort Wayne
CELINA - An Indiana man suspected of robbing the Second National Bank in Celina on Sept. 23 was arrested Friday afternoon during a traffic stop in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Local officials hope people avoid joining the national trend of dressing as clowns to scare others.
People should not dress as a clown because someone's going to get hurt, St. Marys Police Chief Mark Ernst said.

CELINA - Mercer County commissioners this week agreed to disburse $402,000 in federal funds to Montezuma for villagewide street and alley projects.
