* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Raymond Britton
Raymond Leon Britton, 59, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, October 1st, 2016 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, Ohio.
Raymond Britton, born on December 4th, 1956, is the son of Rayfield Britton of Orlando, Florida and Rosemary Britton of O'Fallon, IL.
He was married to Carolyn Jean (Webb) Britton and to this union 6 children were born: Mareece (Meredith) Webb, Martessa (Chad) Woods, Raymond (Stephanie) Webb, Tenisha (Daniel) Miller all of Poplar Bluff, Mo., William (Sommer) Britton of Herculaneum, Mo. and Terry (Britney) Britton of Joplin, Mo. They also raised 4 nieces and a nephew: Shuntae Webb and Crystal Johnson of Poplar Bluff, Nicole (George) Tracy of Honolulu, Ha. and Taja Johnson of Raleigh, N.C. and Anthony Britton of Bernie, Mo. mother-in-law June Marie Webb of Poplar Bluff. Mr. Britton has 8 siblings: Randy (OT) Britton and Reggie Britton both of Springfield, IL., Valeria Britton-Lane of Tacoma, WA., Vivian Jean Britton-Dixon of Belleville, IL., Michelle Dye of Oklahoma, Tammy Dye and Marilyn Blackmon of Poplar Bluff, Mo. and Sherlaine Britton of Westerville, Ohio.
He worked at Arvin Meritor in Dexter, Mo. for over 25 years before moving to Ohio. He worked at AAP Corp. in St. Marys, Ohio until his passing.
He enjoyed music, spending time with his family and friends…..especially his grandchildren, and his yearly family vacations.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law Alfonse Webb, Sr., his sister-in-law Jeanette Webb-Johnson, and his grandparents Manual & Fannie Wallace of Brosley, Mo. and William & Pearlee Britton of Morocco, Mo.
Visitation will begin at 11 am Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Mt. Calvary Powerhouse Church of God. The home going celebration will follow at 12 pm with Bishop Ron Webb officiating. Burial will be at City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
