* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Nancy Heitkamp
Nancy L. Heitkamp age 80 of New Bremen, died on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 12:43 PM at her residence.
She was born on September 13, 1936 in Minster, to the late Clifford J. and Lilas M. (Tontrup) Quellhorst. On November 28, 1963 she married Arnold Heitkamp, and he survives in New Bremen.
Also surviving are her daughters Susan (James) Christman of St. Marys, and Sharri (Kelly Boos) Heitkamp of St. Marys, grandchildren Courtney and Caleigh Christman, and Jack, Evan, and Katherine Boos, her siblings Joan Klier of Lyons, Ohio, Bonnie (William) Elsass of Anna, and Kim Quellhost of New Bremen.
Nancy was preceded in death by a brother and a sister who died in infancy.
Nancy was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen, and was a 1954 graduate of New Bremen High School. She worked at Crown Equipment Corp. in New Bremen for nine years before becoming a homemaker, and a stay at home mom to her girls.
Over the years, she was a Girl Scout leader, volunteered at Joint Twp. Dist. Memorial Hospital, volunteered at the New Bremen High School Library, and played cards in a Bridge club. Nancy loved to read and do crossword puzzles. She especially loved to win at Euchre.
Nancy was a fighter - having battled cancer three separate times over the last 36 years. She will be remembered as an awesome mom and grandma, a wonderful friend, and a beautiful woman inside and out.
Celebration of Life Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen with the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Inurnment will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery of New Bremen.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, and one hour prior to the services on Saturday at the Church.
Memorials can be made to the Friends of the New Bremen Library.
