* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

John Bruns
John F. Bruns age 64 of Minster died at 9:27 PM on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, Ohio.
He was born on November 14, 1951 in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Edward & Norma (Doenges) Bruns. He married Beverly Hollingsworth on August 12, 1986 at St. Paul Church, New Bremen. She survives in Minster.
He is also survived by children: Chris & Dana Boerger, Tipp City, Danielle & Mark Yonchak, Dallas, TX, Tracy & Craig Albers, Toledo, Ohio, Sean Greig & fiancée Sherri Mason Smilow, New Jersey, 8 grandchildren, brothers & sisters: Joe & Nancy Bruns, Jane & Randy Houseworth, Joann Bruns, step siblings: Jim & Nanette Hamberg, Herb & Betty Hamberg, Bill & Barb Hamberg, Bob & Cheryl Hamberg, Mary Helen & Gary Tarcy, John & Cindy Hamberg.
He was preceded in death by brother Jeffrey Bruns and step-mother Leona Hamberg.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and a member of the American Legion, New Bremen. He was employed at the Shelby County Sewer District.
Funeral service will be held 10 AM Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Burial with full military honors will take place at St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 5 to 7 PM on Tuesday, October 25, and from 9 to 9:30 AM on Wednesday October 26.
