* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Clarence Pinson Sr.
Clarence Calvin Pinson, Sr., age 88, of Fremont, Indiana, and formerly of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016, at Premier Healthcare Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He was born in Ravencliff, West Virginia, the son of Wade and Sarah (Guno) Pinson, they preceded him in death.
He was a United States Army veteran and served during WWII.
He married Billie (Lafferty) and they had 61 wonderful years together, she preceded him in death in 2011.
He was a brick mason all his life. He enjoyed camping, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Survivors include his five children, Brenda King of Fremont, Indiana, Clarence Pinson, Jr., of Las Vegas, Nevada, Forrest Edward (Bev) Pinson of Celina, Ohio, Carol Detraglia of Daytona Beach, Florida, and Angel (Mike) Lowther of Sun Valley, Nevada, 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
He was also preceded in death by 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
Following his wishes, cremation will take place. Services will be announced at a later time.
