* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Robert Spahr
Robert J. "Bubba" Spahr age 52, North Portland passed away Saturday in St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio.
He was born in Fort Wayne November 10, 1963 the son of Harold "Chick" and Barbara (Gray) Spahr. He was married in 1986 to Mary Wendel who survives.
He was a truck driver for Equity and Granell. He was a member of West Walnut Street Church of Christ and a 1982 Jay County High School graduate.
Surviving are his wife Mary, his mother Mrs. Calvin (Barbara) Loy of Portland, three sons Bill Spahr (wife Sara) of Portland, Alan Spahr (Fiancee Abby) of Portland and Nick Spahr (Fiancee Kylie) of Portland, two sisters Kay Corle (husband Jeff) of Portland and Jane Hernandez (husband Oscar) of Fort Wayne, one step brother Rick Loy of Portland and two step sisters Nancy Pease of Fort Wayne and Judy Stoltz of Lexington, IN., One granddaughter Allison.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 7:00 PM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Hugh Kelly presiding.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00-7:00 PM.
