* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Elizabeth McDonough
Elizabeth A. (Betty) McDonough, age 71, of Kettering, OH, died Nov. 3, 2016, at her residence.
She was born August 11, 1945 to the late Florus and Hilda (Ranly) Obringer, Coldwater. On August 13, 1966, she married Dan McDonough, who survives in Kettering.
She is survived by two sons, Gary and Kim McDonough, Spring Valley, and Kevin and Brianna McDonough, Fairborn, 10 grandchildren, step-mother Rosemary Obringer, Coldwater, brothers Larry and Diana, Dick and Rose, Ken and Chris Obringer, all of Coldwater and Ron and Jane Obringer, Mendon, sister-in-laws, Rita Mote, West Milton, and Clare Reynolds, Florida, and 13 nieces and nephews.
Betty was proceeded in death by a son, Delbert, a sister, Jane and Charles Johnson and in-laws Sarah Ell and Paula Lyons.
Mass will be held 10:30 am Nov. 10, 2016 at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 1322 Brown St., Dayton, OH 45409.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
