* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Jeffrey Perkins
Jeffrey D. Perkins, 35, Van Wert, died at 7:03 p.m. Nov. 4, 2016, at Van Wert County Hospital, Van Wert.
He was born Jan. 20, 1981, in Marion, Virginia, to Brenda Dudley Perkins, who survives in Van Wert, and John Perkins, who survives in DeGraff. On Sept. 20, 2008, he married Katie Williman, who survives in Van Wert.
Also surviving are his children, Carter, Nora and Knox, all at home; a brother, Kevin (Erin) Perkins, Bonney Lake, Washington; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was the owner of Perkins Financial Services, Van Wert. He attended LifeHouse Church, Van Wert, where he served on the worship team.
Jeff was a wonderful son, husband, father, brother and friend. He was a member of Van Wert Rotary, served on the board of directors at the Van Wert YMCA and coached many of his kids' athletic teams.
Services are 1 p.m. Thursday at LifeHouse Church, Pastor Matt Braun officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and noon-1 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Memorials may be given to a fund for his children.
