* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Lyle Snider
Lyle E. Snider, age 94, of rural Mendon, passed away Wednesday morning, November 16, 2016, at Celina Manor.
He was born March 19, 1922 in Coldwater, to the late Earl E. & Mary H. (Coate) Snider. Lyle married Esther Evelyn Webb on December 15, 1942, and she preceded him in death on October 2, 2010.
He is survived by a Daughter and Son: Brenda (Eugene) Hicks of Mendon and Gary (Joan) Snider of Celina, a Daughter-in-law: Caral Snider of Mendon, 7 Grandchildren: Kelly Snider, Jeff Snider, Todd Hicks, Tonya Hesse, Travis Hicks, Megan Sanderson and Shawn Snider, a number of Great-Grandchildren, and a Sister-in-law: Florence Snider, of Coldwater.
Preceding him in death was a Son, William Snider, a Grandson, Mark Snider, and his Brothers: Donald, Wayne, and Robert Snider.
Lyle attended Coldwater High School. He hauled milk and had delivered fuel. Lyle then worked for the Mercer County Highway Department for over 33 years, where he served as Superintendent for a time. He attended Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Celina.
Lyle enjoyed spending time with his family. Favorite pastimes were gardening, especially raising sweet corn, and mowing the yard.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, November 19, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Mendon, with Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling Hours are from 12:00 Noon until time of services on Saturday, at the Mendon Funeral Home.
