* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Aerian Joseph Michael

For a brief and fleeting moment, an angel touched the ground; with tiny wings and halo he blessed this place. Blessing the lives of others, in beauty and in grace; Those who saw the tiny angel, knew God had kissed his tiny face. The angel came for reasons we may never understand; A journey brief, with gifts so great, and guided by God's hand. So, rest now tiny angel, your work on earth is through, for Aerian Joseph Michael is now in God's view.

Aerian Joseph Michael, son of Allison Brandt, of Rockford, born still, at Lima Memorial Hospital, was guided by the tiny angel to Heaven on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.

He was the little brother of Averie Margaret Kaye and Abel Perry Wayne, both at home.

The family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, Ohio, with a prayer service taking place at 2:30 p.m., officiated by Father Ken Schnipke.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family at a later date.
