* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Robert Simonton
Robert J. Simonton, age 74, of Beavercreek & currently residing in Celina, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Simonton & Hazel Lucille (Simonton) Peyton.
Bob is survived by his children, Donna (Orlynn) Olson, Timothy Simonton and Kathryn Simonton; grandchildren, Stephanie Simonton, Brittany (Michael) Parisen, Kayla Simonton and Marissa (Cody) Ball; great-granddaughter, Paige Parisen; sister, Shirley Caulley and many other relatives and friends.
Bob loved his kids, grandkids and his dog Brownie. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at St. Marys Lake. Bob was an avid sports fan, "GO BROWNS, woof woof!"
A celebration of Bob's life will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Celina, OH (time and location TBD).
