* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Austin Schneider
Austin R. Schneider age 72, of Cridersville, died Friday, Dec. 16, 2016 at his residence.
He was born Nov. 2, 1944 to the late Henry and Christiena Elizabeth Reidenbach Schneider. He married J. Kaye Gossett June 17, 1967 and she survives in Cridersville.
Austin was a life member of Western Ohio Gun Club and graduated from Roseville High School and attended Wayne State University and graduated from University of Michigan with a masters in Library Science. He had also served in the U.S. Army Reserves. Austin had retired in 2014 from the Mercer County District Library where he had served as director for 42 years. He was instrumental in expanding the Library and adding branches in Marion Township, St. Henry and Mendon. He currently was serving as Chief Fiscal Officer.
Additional survivors include a brother Alvin Schneider of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and several nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother Dr. Aaron Schneider.
Kaye will receive friends 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 28 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. The funeral will follow at 3 with Pastor Jon Exman officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Holly Gardens near St. Clairsville, Ohio.
