* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Robert Hunziker Sr.
Robert E. Hunzhiker Sr., 91, Van Wert, died at 12:08 p.m. Jan. 17, 2017, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
He was born on May 14, 1925, to the late Clarence and Edna Pierstorff Hunziker. He was married to Margaret "Peggy" E. Hunziker, who is deceased.
Surviving are two grandchildren, Angela (Jason) Woods, Wyoming, Ohio, and Ashley Cuyler of Washington; great-grandchildren, Carter and Parker Woods and Alexis and Meadow Cuyler; and a sister, Nancy (Robert) Chaney, Celina.
Also deceased are two sons, Robert E. Hunziker Jr. and Richard Hunziker; a brother, Carl Hunziker; and two sisters, Betty Rule and Karen Scheidt.
He was a sergeant in the U.S. Army, serving in the European Theater and receiving the Purple Heart. He retired in May 1987 after 32 years as a truck driver for Yellow Freight Systems, Indianapolis, Indiana.
He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Van Wert, and of the Moose Lodge, VFW and American Legion.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Van Wert, the Rev. William Haggis III officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 9-11 a.m Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be given to Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center or St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
