* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Campus housing takes shape

Workers on Wednesday afternoon install rafters at the newest Wright State University-Lake Campus housing unit. Campus officials have said they want this third villa, expected to cost about $2 million, open for the fall semester.
