At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Danny Gates
Danny Wayne Gates, age 61, of Celina, passed away March 16, 2017 at his residence. 
He was born December 25, 1955 in St. Marys, to Theodore "Ted" & Marilyn "Joice" (Schmidt) Gates. His mother survives in Celina. 
His father, Ted Gates, passed away in May 2016 and a brother, Michael Gates, in June 1994. 
Danny was married to Nicla R. (Springer) Gates, who preceded him in death on October 14, 2009. 
Surviving are his children: Jessica Gates (Jarrod Brewer) of St. Marys, Amanda Gates (Mike Moton) of Virginia Beach, VA, and Matt Gates (Amy Fields) of Celina. 
Danny is also survived by two brothers & a sister: Rick (Linda) Gates, Vickie (Roger) Black and Kim Gates (Rhonda Warren), all of Celina, and eight grandchildren: Dylan, Taylan, Prestin & Makalyn Bradburn; Andrea & Jewliea Ebright; and Nevaeh & Scotty Morgan. 
He had attended Celina High School and later earned his GED. He was the owner of the Gates Tree Trimming business had worked with his father, Ted and later his son, Matt. 
Danny loved the outdoors, fishing, and walking his dog. Favorite pastimes were watching John Wayne Westerns and the "Andy Griffith Show," and listening to country music. 
He was an animal lover, and would often rescue wild animals. A generous man, Danny would do anything he could to help someone in need.
Visitation will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina on Tuesday, March 21 from 5-7:00 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service 
starting at 7:00, Pastor Chris Riffle will officiate.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
