* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

Pauline Miesse
Pauline M. Miesse, 94, of Celina, OH, passed away at 2:27 am on Friday, March 17, 2017, at the Gardens of Celina. She was born December 12, 1922 in Mercer County to Wm Stanley and Imo (Stewart) Miller, who are both deceased. On November 8, 1943 she married Daniel D. Miesse, they were together for 73 wonderful years and he survives in Celina. 
She is survived by her two sons, Douglas (Anjel) Miesse of Midwest City, OK, and Malcolm (Donna) Miesse of Decatur, IN; three grandchildren, Brian (Ann) Miesse, Greenfield, IN, Craig Miesse, San Jose, CA, and Andy (Emily) Miesse, Durham, CT; six great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Ella, Jacob, Samuel, Oliver, and Margot Miesse; one niece, Julie Pine; and three nephews, Steve, Bill, and Fried Piehl. 
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Onolee Piehl.
Pauline graduated from Celina High School in the class of 1940, where she was valedictorian and very active in band and art. She was employed at Celina Mutual Insurance Company, at two Army Bases during WWII, and retired from secretarial work with Celina City Schools.  She was a long time member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church (now Grand Lake UMC) in Celina. 
She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. 
Visitation hours will be from 4-6 pm on Sunday, March 19, 2017, in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am on Monday morning in the Grand Lake United Methodist Church, Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating; the family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, OH.
Contributions can be made to Grand Lake United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund.
