Rosalind M. Gottes, age 99, of St. Henry, died Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at The Gardens at St. Henry.

She was born December 2, 1917, in St. Henry, to the late John & Elizabeth (Rengers) Huelsman. On February 19, 1941, she married Harold J. Gottes, who died August 3, 1983.   

She is survived by four children, Robert & Marie (Borger) Gottes of Kettering, Jeanne & Larry Bergman of (Egypt) Minster, Charles Gottes of St. Henry, Elayne & Mike Cridlin of Huber Heights; and a daughter in-law, Connie (Wehrkamp) Gottes of St. Henry. Rosalind is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; a sister, Delores Seitz of Coldwater, a brother David & Pat Huelsman of Kettering; and a sister in-law, Marie Huelsman of St. Henry. 

She was preceded in death by a son, Donald Gottes, her twin brother Vincent Huelsman, siblings: Clarence & Mary Huelsman, Marcella Huelsman, Julia & Keith Trone, John & Agnes Huelsman, and a brother in-law Si Seitz.

She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry, and the Schoenstatt Catholic Movement, she made her Covenant of Love with the Blessed Mother in 2003 with 30 others, "Mater Habebit Curam," The Mother Will Take Care.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at St. Henry Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.  

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
