* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Paul Rhodes
Paul J. Rhodes, 59, Saint Marys, Ohio, died 9:11 P.M. Sunday, May 7, 2017, at his father's home in Saint Marys.
He was born November 5, 1957, in Lima, Ohio, the son of Matt and Alma (Webb) Rhodes.
  He is survived by his father, Matt Rhodes of Saint Marys; by his daughters: Jeanee (Nick) Stammen of Saint Marys; Amanda (Matthew) Meckstroth of Wapakoneta; Lyndsy (Bob) Agiro of Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Tyler, Natalie, Abagail, Eathan, Jordan and Connor. He is survived by his siblings: Ed (Sandra) Rhodes of Saint Marys; Brenda (Adrian) Slone of Celina; Donny Rhodes of Wapakoneta; Gary (Molly) Rhodes of Proctorville, Ohio; Sonya (Anthony) Slone of Saint Marys.
  He was preceded in death by his mother, Alma Rhodes; by his first granddaughter, Maddeliene; by a nephew, Garrett Rhodes.
  He was a 1976 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. His trade was carpentry. But he had worked for many years at Heat Treat Technologies in Lima. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed talking about teams' records and individual player's statistics. Paul loved and served the Lord, and his work lives on in the hearts of his both his physical and spiritual family, as well as those who knew him closely! His last days were spent ministering to his family, as they took care of his needs for comfort and love. Spending time with and being close to his family was the most important thing to Paul. He loved singing and churching, and was an active member of the Flagship Missionary Baptist Church in Saint Marys.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 12, 2017, at Flagship Missionary Baptist Church, US Rt 33-A, Saint Marys, Pastor Alva Daniel, officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to Paul's family.
