Judy Lammers
Judy Lammers, 74, Saint Marys, died 8:55 P.M. Friday, June 2, 2017, at the Saint Marys Living Center.
She was born January 10, 1943, in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of John and Betty (Cox) Wiegel.
She married Bernard "Ben" Lammers on October 9, 1971, and he preceded her in death on May 17, 2017.
She is survived by children: Deb (Dave) Frilling of Saint Marys; Kurt (Terri) Lammers of New Bremen. She is survived by her grandsons: Andrew Miley; Matt Miley; Jason Lammers; Troy Lammers; Scott Lammers. She is survived by two great-grandchildren: Emma Lammers and Maci Lammers. She is survived by a brother, John (Terry) Wiegel, Jr. of Springfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Ben; by a sister, Jacquelyn Gould.
Judy was a homemaker, and she had previously worked at the City of Saint Marys Utility Office, and the Minster Canning Company. She and her husband owned and managed rental properties in the Saint Marys area, as well.
She enjoyed working outside and gardening. She also loved having her family over for holidays and get-togethers.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Zion Lutheran Church in Saint Marys, the Reverend Bill Maki, officiant. Burial will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Tuesday at the church, where memorial gifts may be given to Zion Lutheran Church.
