* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Jeanette Faller
Jeanette Evelyn Faller, age 89, of Celina, Ohio passed away on Wednesday September 6, 2017 at The Wyngate Senior Living Community in Lima.
She was born on September 1, 1928 in Celina, to the late Andrew R. & Velma E. (Huysman) Wannemacher. On March 30, 1948 she married Harold "Boots" Faller, who preceded her in death on September 20, 2009.
Survivors include her son & daughter-in-law Dennis and Colleen Faller of Wapakoneta, daughter-in-law JoAnn Faller of Upper Sandusky, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, a sister Eileen and Raymond Art of Springfield, VA, a brother Larry Wannemacher of Wheaton, Maryland and a sister-in-law Marilyn Wannemacher.
Also preceding her in death was an infant stillborn son, her son Joseph Faller and a brother Melvin Wannemacher.
Jeanette was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She graduated from the Immaculate Conception Catholic High School in 1946 and was very active with the Immaculate Conception Festival, volunteered at the School and the Church Prayer Line and belonged to the Card Club. Jeanette retired as a clerk, from the Celina Insurance Group.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday September 9, 2017 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
A viewing will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Friday September 8, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
