Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

New Bremen wins first state title in school history with sweep of Aquinas

FAIRBORN - New Bremen players celebrated on the court.
The fans went crazy in the stands.
Finally, the Cardinal community got the state championship coronation it had been awaiting for so long.
On Saturday, the Cardinals became the first team from New Bremen and Auglaize County to win a state title, sweeping Louisville St. Thomas Aquinas 25-9, 25-18 and 25-20 in the Division VI title game at the Ervin J. Nutter Center. [More]

FAIRBORN - New Bremen coach Diana Kramer walked into the media room to grab a beverage prior to the arrival of players and coaches after a five-set battle between Versailles and Coldwater in the Division III state championship game.

Event aims to help out-of-work employees recoup after tornado
CELINA - C-Town Wings owners Kerry and Julia Roberts will host a barn and bake-sale fundraiser to help their 65 employees, who have been out of work since the Nov. 5 tornado caused extensive damage to the restaurant.
