* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 900 AM EDT.
* At 606 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Robert Bell
Robert "Bob" M. Bell, 52, of rural Spencerville, OH died unexpectedly Saturday, November 11, 2017 at his residence.
He was born June 6, 1965 in St. Marys, OH to Winfred "Eugene" and Joyce (Cramer) Bell. On April 14, 1983 in Jay Co., Indiana he married Debra Mabry, who survives.
Also survived by: daughter Kara Bell of Spencerville, OH; daughter Britany (Drew Chiles) Bell of Spencerville, OH; 3 grandchildren: Gaige Conley, Kayleanna Conley, Easton Smith; sister Kimberly (Mike) Klaus of Mendon, OH; brother Clinton (Holly) Bell of Mendon, OH; sister Julie Porter of Butler, IN.
Preceded in death by: father Winfred "Eugene" Bell; mother Joyce Bell-Strickland; daughter Tara Bell.
He was employed as a boat mechanic for Kozy Marina at Grand Lake St. Marys.
Bob's favorite pastimes included tinkering with engines and fishing. An accomplished musician, he played numerous instruments for the entertainment of himself and others. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and close circle of friends.
Bob enjoyed life to the fullest and touched the hearts of almost everyone he met. He did not know a stranger, and left a legacy of kindness and compassion.
Rites are scheduled to begin 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 17, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. The Rev. Andrew Atkins will officiate the services. Burial will follow at the Calvary Evangelical Cemetery, in rural Mendon, OH.
Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home on Ohio 703 West.
