* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Joshua Wellman
Joshua Ryan Wellman, 36, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away November 11, 2017.
He was born on April 13, 1981 to Jerry Wellman and Janice Eilerman.
In addition to his parents, Joshua is survived by his son, Holland Wellman; brothers, Justin Wellman, Jordan Wellman, Braden Brantt, and Brennan Eilerman; sisters, Julie (Chett) Hone, Jaime Noble, Janna (David) Price, and Brienna Eilerman; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Joshua was preceded in death by his brothers, Jeremy Wellman, and Jared Wellman.
Josh loved and lived life to the fullest. His pride and joy in life was his son, Holland.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holland Funeral Service to help with Josh's final expenses.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
